Job Description
Main Tasks :
- Preparing Day to Day Transactions (Petty cash, Loans, Sites cash flow, etc..)
- Making Purchasing Orders, and finalize related payments.
- Handle Sub Contractors, customers, Suppliers Payments.
- Preparing Payroll, Payroll Tax Calculations, Social Insurance & related Entries.
- Checks Collection, Checks deposits, finalize all banking needs.
- Making different Accounts Analysis, Reports.
- Handling all Treasury and Banks transactions from Deposits to Payments and issuing Checks.
Job Requirements
- Age: Max 26 yrs.
- Location: Must be from Cairo.
- Good Knowledge in Contractions field
- Programs: Using Quickbooks, related Programs.
- Able to work outside the office ( Collecting ).
