Job Description
- Conducting software installation, configuration, and training according to a work plan and schedule
- Effectively communicating and building consensus with clients
- Documenting current-state business processes and designing future-state processes
- Documenting the implementation scope and design
- Customizing forms and developing reports using Crystal Reports
- Designing and conducting data migration from legacy systems into SAP Business One
- Defining and documenting requirements for software customization and custom reports
- Developing software customization using SAP’s software development kit and supported development platform
- Providing ongoing customer maintenance and support
- Training, coaching, and mentoring clients on the effective use of software
- Assisting with development and maintenance of software implementation tools and methodology
- Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of SAP Business One
- Providing regular project status reports to management
Job Requirements
- You must be able to communicate and develop positive relationships with a wide variety of clients.
