Recommends the strategic direction of the brand through the development of the short, medium and long-term business plans for the assigned segment of product line and each major channel of distribution.

Executes the annual business plan by integrating the efforts of all essential functions across the company.
Maximizes profitability of assigned products by monitoring volume, margins, & spending, reporting on-progress against planned margin and volume as well as making adjustments to plans as necessary to maximize results.
Develop brands marketing budget/plan to achieve volume/share/equity objectives.
Utilizes all available analytical tools to measure spending effectiveness and gather key learning for continuous improvement.
Responsible for ongoing strategy, trade focusing, coordinating consumer promotions and insight research.
Manage the full execution of the brand launch with the different commercial teams.
Develop/implement the necessary control parameters to measure launch success/failure.
Conduct monthly/quarterly/annual reviews of the business performance on-going.
Assign/manage BTL agencies to conduct in-market activation programs.
Ensure proper alignment & implementation of global brand look & feel.
