- Annual Reward Cycle: assists at all reward cycles (Performance Bonus, Salary Reviews, and Promotions).
- Budgeting: participate in staff cost forecasting by proposing a manpower and capacity planning in coordination with HR PBs and other stakeholders
- Surveys: assist in salaries and benefits surveys, and findings analysis.
- Competencies: Insure proper mapping of job competencies.
- Assist at the JE system and process. Ensure timely evaluation of all new / changed positions.
- Candidate Packaging: Prepare new joiners compensation packages as per ABK’s internal guidelines.
- Data analysis: Drive comprehensive data analysis for set processes (year end and midyear reviews, incentive plans) and reward related metrics for HR Dashboard.
