Job Description
Main Duties:
- Provide immediate first level support; Whether via phone or remote access including and not limited to problem resolution for software/hardware.
- Routine maintenance of the HW and SW according to agreed plans.
- Perform minor software and minor hardware repairs
- Diagnosing errors, troubleshoot & maintain network connections or any other computer systems.
- Maintain inventory of all IT equipment.
- Handle all documentation for hardware and software, maintenance and problem resolutions
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support or external consultant.
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
- Responsible for central printers and photo copier’s equipment operation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Very good command of English
- Excellent user of MS office applications
- knowledge of approved standards, processes, practices, procedures and tools
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge in networking (VPN, virtualization, and firewall)
- Knowledge in switches and routers
