Job Description

  • Responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to Go To market

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
  • Management of all content marketing assets from programming team to be used across all marketing channels
  • Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies
  • Identifies the appropriate media channels where each product or service's marketing materials can be delivered to the public
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
  • Enforces brand marketing guidelines throughout each product to create a cohesive feel to each campaign
  • Tracks marketing strategy results closely and creates detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback

Key interactions:

  • Telco Marketing (Follow up on campaigns and deliver the monthly materials plan)
  • Product Team (for development, UX/UI, app and website)
  • Content/Programming team (for monthly content highlights and programming details)
  • EPG team (for metadata, TV channels liaison, text messaging proofreading)
  • Creative/Post Prod (for development of IPTV promotional material and initiatives)
  • Social Media Team (Deliver the monthly plan)
  • Digital Team (follow up on digital campaign, and provide the needed content materials for campaigns)

Job Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods and content.
  • Competent in grasping consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas.
  • Experience in the content/digital media industry
  • Expertise in the various disciplines of Marketing Communication such as advertising, media, direct marketing, below the line & online and digital advertising, and social media marketing
