Job Description
- To lead the Production unit to grow a portfolio of events and ensure those events are delivered to the highest standards, on time and on budget
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Director and other senior stakeholders within Intigral to ensure all proposals and events are delivered to the highest possible standards whilst attaining target profitability
- Ensure that the Production unit adheres to structure and processes throughout the lifecycle of a project
- Audit and review existing suppliers to monitor standards, value and payment terms based on historical and projected purchasing volume
- Suggest new suppliers to be added to the preferred suppliers list where they can offer better value, higher standards or a new service
- Take an active role in projects from initial kick off meeting and throughout the pitch process including preparation of realistic budgets and schedules
- Lead the delivery and reconciliation of projects given to manage
- Ensure that project schedules are updated and followed
- Maximize sustainable revenue through good project management and supplier relationships
- Collate monthly and quarterly financial and project debrief reports for submission to the the Director
- Oversee the delivery and reconciliation of all projects
- Create and grow mutually beneficial relations with suppliers and venues to maximize new business opportunities and revenue
- Attend client meetings as required to receive event briefs or present proposals and reports
- Guide creative process to ensure proposals achievable technically
- Attend relevant trade exhibitions, networking events and training courses to ensure being up to date with the latest trends, technologies and techniques
- Assist the Director and other senior management with any other task as reasonably requested
