Job Description
- Promote valU’s products and services with specific KPI’s to create traffic at the point-of-purchase.
- Utilize advertisements and promotions to attract clients to register and use the service/product.
- Act as a focal contact point with clients: provide: service awareness, client registration, client verification, service activation, problem resolution, etc.
- Responsible for the booth operations including:
- Tracking and reporting the number of daily walk-in clients and assessing conversion ratios.
- Promoting valU’s products and services proactively.
- Distributing product samples, brochures and flyers to secure new sales opportunities.
- Identifying and assessing client interests, needs and satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- On-board valU clients and finalize their end-to-end limit activation process including:
- Client orientation.
- Client verification.
- Client application finalization.
- Client documentation review.
- Client limit activation on the Profitto system.
- Client app and vendors’ on-boarding and demonstration.
- Handle all clients’ inquiries regarding:
- valU’s products and services.
- Digital platforms.
- Questions regarding merchants (e.g. addresses) or sales transactions.
- Promotions and offers.
- Payment options.
- valU’s B2C product details or functionality.
- 7. Track the registration rates and periodically report service activation rates.
- 8. Ensure compliance with the firm’s policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of internship experience in events, sales and promoting products and services.
- Able to understand clients’ needs and handle different types of personalities.
- Possess strong client-handling skills.
- Good command of Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
- Detail oriented; ensure deliverables are always of a high quality.
- Flexibility in handling new tasks (relocate to different booths based on demand).
- Able to build partnerships and work well in teams.
- Can generate creative solutions and has the courage to make necessary decisions.
- Ensure deliverable are always of a high quality.
