Job Description

  • Assisting recruitment department

  • Screening candidates CVs, conducting phone interviews with candidates & and performing face to face interviewing with candidate

  • Handling employee personnel file

  • Coordinate the required hiring documents of newly hired staff - Maintain filing system of personnel files

  • Updating and completion of filing system for personnel records

  • Responsible for updating personnel database

  • Responsible to assist in completion of all documentation and correspondence prior to the starting date of new employees
  • Solve issues and problems

  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in Recruitment
  • Good Knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of Personnel and Human Resources principles
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms and reports, and other office procedures
  • Excellent communication and people skills
