Assisting recruitment department

Screening candidates CVs, conducting phone interviews with candidates & and performing face to face interviewing with candidate

Handling employee personnel file

Coordinate the required hiring documents of newly hired staff - Maintain filing system of personnel files

Updating and completion of filing system for personnel records

Responsible for updating personnel database
- Responsible to assist in completion of all documentation and correspondence prior to the starting date of new employees

Solve issues and problems

Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies

Administer compensation and benefit plans
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 2-4 years of experience in Recruitment
- Good Knowledge of English
- Knowledge of Personnel and Human Resources principles
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms and reports, and other office procedures
- Excellent communication and people skills
