Job Description

  • Responsible for all support staff directly; this includes clerical workers, administrative assistants and secretaries, receptionists, security, HSE, catering, buffet and employees’ transportation.
  • Select, hire and train administrative staff. They also schedule and oversee services and maintenance and cleaning services.
  • Providing employees need supplies and equipment to do their jobs.
  • Analyze usage of energy, office supplies, equipment and services to find ways to reduce costs.
  • Formulating policies, manuals, models, quality and ISO standards in coordination with the directors of other departments.
  • Coordinating with ISO-certified companies in relation to certification and auditing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualifications – FMCG background is preferable.
  • At least 5 -7 years of significant experience.
  • Excellent managerial, interpersonal, negotiation, organizational, time management and decision-making skills.
  • Very good in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Own Car
