Job Description
- Responsible for all support staff directly; this includes clerical workers, administrative assistants and secretaries, receptionists, security, HSE, catering, buffet and employees’ transportation.
- Select, hire and train administrative staff. They also schedule and oversee services and maintenance and cleaning services.
- Providing employees need supplies and equipment to do their jobs.
- Analyze usage of energy, office supplies, equipment and services to find ways to reduce costs.
- Formulating policies, manuals, models, quality and ISO standards in coordination with the directors of other departments.
- Coordinating with ISO-certified companies in relation to certification and auditing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualifications – FMCG background is preferable.
- At least 5 -7 years of significant experience.
- Excellent managerial, interpersonal, negotiation, organizational, time management and decision-making skills.
- Very good in English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
