About the Job

Experienced and well organised medical secretary/office administrator to support the daily management of several consultant private practices. An excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing company. You will be assigned as a dedicated secretary to named consultants in London but will also be expected to support the needs of Visiting Doctors during their visit in Cairo. Full time role based in convenient location in Cairo, Egypt. Candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills, preferable with previous medical secretarial experience. Duties include :

  • Diary management of consultants
  • Manage correspondence and telephone queries as directed
  • Arranging appointments and liaising with both internal and external departments.
  • Booking appointments
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completion of paperwork and input of details into the computer system
  • Communicating effectively with staff within and outside of the company to ensure the smooth operation of the service
  • Maintain all files and to ensure that all records are accurate
  • Ensure deadlines are met

Job Requirements
  • Graduate level or previous experience as medical secretary/PA.
  • Candidate must be fluent in English.
  • Strong organizational/communication skills with good telephone manner
