Job Description
The HR & Office Administrator shall handle and own the administrative and HR support function, besides providing a secretarial support to the Country Director & the CEO in a well-organized and timely manner, working on a one-to-one basis on a variety of projects related to improving the work efficacy of the team and in managing HR and legal procedures of the company.

Primary responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Organizing and maintaining files and records and information in a useful and easily retrievable manner
- Sourcing, screening talent and arranging interviews
- Orientations and Onboarding of new employees
- Managing the HR procedures (biyearly performance reviews, salary payments etc.)
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments as instructed by the CEO
- Managing projects and conducting research
- Preparing and editing reports, and presentations
- Making travel and guest arrangements
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals for suppliers
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in end to end recruitment
- Good experience as an administrator
- Excellent written, and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Exemplary planning, time management skills and punctuality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Fluent English
- Bachelor degree
