Job Description

The HR & Office Administrator shall handle and own the administrative and HR support function, besides providing a secretarial support to the Country Director & the CEO in a well-organized and timely manner, working on a one-to-one basis on a variety of projects related to improving the work efficacy of the team and in managing HR and legal procedures of the company.

Primary responsibilities

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records and information in a useful and easily retrievable manner
  • Sourcing, screening talent and arranging interviews
  • Orientations and Onboarding of new employees
  • Managing the HR procedures (biyearly performance reviews, salary payments etc.)
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments as instructed by the CEO
  • Managing projects and conducting research
  • Preparing and editing reports, and presentations
  • Making travel and guest arrangements
  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals for suppliers

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in end to end recruitment
  • Good experience as an administrator
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Exemplary planning, time management skills and punctuality
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Fluent English
  • Bachelor degree
