Job Description
Job RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assembles business reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations.
- Updates customers and competitor’s database by inputting data from field sales and finance department.
- Capable of handling advertising agencies regarding Briefing, quotations, proposals and follow up on deliveries.
- Digital marketing understanding and business knowledge.
- Prepares mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics; arranging printing and internet packages.
- Maintains marketing library by checking and restoring inventory.
- Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Assist and support in all marketing activities, events and campaigns.
- Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
Language: Excellent command in both written and spoken English (Is a must)
Computer Skills: Very good user of Microsoft Office
