Job Description

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee on boarding and help plan training & development
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc
  • Solve issues and problems
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks in performance management

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • problems solving skills
  • Must be educated to degree level. qualifications related to Human resources is a plus.
  • Must be able to analyze and present information in such a way that is understood by everyone within the organization.
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft office. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
