Job Description
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee on boarding and help plan training & development
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc
- Solve issues and problems
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks in performance management
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills

- Must be educated to degree level. qualifications related to Human resources is a plus.
- Must be able to analyze and present information in such a way that is understood by everyone within the organization.
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft office. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
