Job Description

  • Processing action forms including new hire, re-hire and change in position / rank on system.
  • Sending monthly reports for payroll processing, including attendance, change in position, new hire and re-hire
  • Revising overtime and sending monthly report for payroll processing.
  • Sending medical checkup reports of crewing team.
  • Entering manually full-time new hire data on Oracle.
  • Updating regularly employee details report.
  • Notifying employees with remaining annual vacation days.
  • Issuing HR letters.
  • Keeping record of personnel files.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Management / Business Administration
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Preferred HR Certification
