Job Description
- Processing action forms including new hire, re-hire and change in position / rank on system.
- Sending monthly reports for payroll processing, including attendance, change in position, new hire and re-hire
- Revising overtime and sending monthly report for payroll processing.
- Sending medical checkup reports of crewing team.
- Entering manually full-time new hire data on Oracle.
- Updating regularly employee details report.
- Notifying employees with remaining annual vacation days.
- Issuing HR letters.
- Keeping record of personnel files.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Management / Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience
- Good written and spoken English
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Preferred HR Certification
