- Achieve sales targets and meet deadlines
- Researching organizations operating in different sectors to identify new leads
- Researching the needs of targeted companies/agencies
- Learning who makes decisions about purchasing at targeted companies
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Understand prospects business needs and work with the expert teams to develop a tailored digital marketing solutions
- Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers
- Apply company’s project management standards in managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign off
- Identify requirements for new services to anticipate and potentially lead the market
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity
- Provide weekly reports to senior management about sales targets
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3 ~ 4 years of experience in the advertising/digital marketing field
- Excellent knowledge of the commercial environment
- In-depth knowledge of the industry
- Solid communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to cope with conflicting demands and pressures
- Customer and results focused
- Ability to work flexibly and have a positive approach to change
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Arabic speaking is a plus
