Job Description:

  • Achieve sales targets and meet deadlines
  • Researching organizations operating in different sectors to identify new leads
  • Researching the needs of targeted companies/agencies
  • Learning who makes decisions about purchasing at targeted companies
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Understand prospects business needs and work with the expert teams to develop a tailored digital marketing solutions
  • Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers
  • Apply company’s project management standards in managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign off
  • Identify requirements for new services to anticipate and potentially lead the market
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Developing quotes and proposals
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity
  • Provide weekly reports to senior management about sales targets

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3 ~ 4 years of experience in the advertising/digital marketing field
  • Excellent knowledge of the commercial environment
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry
  • Solid communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to cope with conflicting demands and pressures
  • Customer and results focused
  • Ability to work flexibly and have a positive approach to change
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Arabic speaking is a plus
