- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Knowledge and experience in employment law.
- Better than average written and spoken communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.

- A minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions
