About the Job
  • Identify the capabilities, competencies and skills of the company's employees.
  • Keep the training materials up-to-date and updated for each new topic by subject.
  • Manage all training materials of the company from publications and programs and document them for reference when needed.
  • Raising the training needs of each worker of the company in each department in coordination with the managers of the departments.
  • Designing and developing training programs based on the needs of both the company and the employee.
  • Work through a team to produce training programs that achieve satisfaction of all elements of training (trainee - company)
  • Ensure that the training programs contain applications examples.
  • Ensure that all practical training requirements are provided and action plans for monthly and monthly training.
  • Review the training programs on a continuous basis to keep up with changes in the work environment.
  • Assist managers and trainees to the face of any problems that may arise during the training, either at the individual or group level.
  • Supervision and assessment of trainees during training, and supervision of Training Place
  • Coordination with trainers and follow-up during training to ensure that the required information and skills are communicated to the trainees.
  • Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the training program and trainees during and after training.
  • Make a complete report for each training program after its completion and submit it to the direct manager.
  • The work of the annual budget for training and development of the company and its adoption by the higher management.
  • Measuring the performance and effectiveness of employees by various means in coordination with the managers of different departments so that the evaluation is realistic and fair.
  • Measure the performance of various departments and the impact of training programs.
  • Work reports on each department individually and submit it to senior management
  • Identify weakness point that need to be improved and strength points to investment it
Job Requirements
  • University degree.
  • Training courses and scientific certificates related to the field.
  • Experience in Human Resources.
  • High skill in solving problems
  • Time management.
  • Ability to make a decision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others.
  • Leadership skills and high supervisory.
  • Presentation and presentation skills.
  • Computer and Internet Skills
  • At least seven years experience in training.
  • Males only.
