Job Description
- Commissioning & and startup(Mechanical)
- Repairs, Overhauls and troubleshooting (Mechanical) for offshore and onshore Equipment
- Reviewing and determining spare parts needed for engine overhaul.
- Local purchase of installation mechanical requirements.
- Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods;
- Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work for customer’s units and HCH equipment as well and responding to equipment faults;
- Diagnosing breakdown problems; for customer’s units and HCH equipment as well
- Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly; liaising with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues;
- Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components;
- Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment;
- Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs;
- Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs;
- Improving health and safety policies and procedures;
- Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines;
- Ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 5-10 years in rotating equipment.
- BSC of mechanical engineering,
- Male
- Problem solving, Selling to customer needs & Product development.
- Technical Understanding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
