Job Description
- We are looking for a Client Services Specialist who can help maintain existing business/Technical support with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients.
- The Client Services Specialist will help our clients to better understand the full potential of our products and act as liaison between the client and developers.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with different work groups to improve customer support and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of projects and support cases.
- Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction
- Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship.
Job Requirements
Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- 1+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Testing or software development.
- Must demonstrate ability to organize and handle customers requests.
- High command of English is a must.
- Strong communication skills required.
