Job Description
- Handling the sales to insurance and corporate companies in different sectors.
- Represent the company and acts as the primary link between Dawi and Clients
- Handle the client account and follow up their clients' medical plans.
- Reply to clients emails and handle their requirements.
- Renewing the clients' contracts.
- Identify and pursue new sales prospects
- Achieve sales target (as per agreement)
- Scheduling regular visits and calls for existing clients
- Closing deals
- Issuing sales reports and clients reports regularly to direct manager
- Maintaining a good relationship with existing potential customers
- Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
- Compensation and other incentives will be based on qualification and experience
Job Requirements
- 3-6 years of previous experience in medical insurance or healthcare sales is preferred or medical education
- Presentation skills
- Self-confidence
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
