Job Description

  • Handling the sales to insurance and corporate companies in different sectors.
  • Represent the company and acts as the primary link between Dawi and Clients
  • Handle the client account and follow up their clients' medical plans.
  • Reply to clients emails and handle their requirements.
  • Renewing the clients' contracts.
  • Identify and pursue new sales prospects
  • Achieve sales target (as per agreement)
  • Scheduling regular visits and calls for existing clients
  • Closing deals
  • Issuing sales reports and clients reports regularly to direct manager
  • Maintaining a good relationship with existing potential customers
  • Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
  • Compensation and other incentives will be based on qualification and experience

Job Requirements

  • 3-6 years of previous experience in medical insurance or healthcare sales is preferred or medical education
  • Presentation skills
  • Self-confidence
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle customer complaints
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
