Job Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also supervise lower-level clerical staff.
  • Manage and maintain GM schedule.
  • Make travel arrangements for GM.
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English (Written & Spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Bachelor degree.
  • Age from 23 – 30.
  • 2 years of experience at least in the same position is a must.
  • Cairo or Giza residents preferably.
  • V. good knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail, problem solving skills & excellent follow up
  • Working hours 9 AM - 5 PM
  • Can work on Saturday
