Summary:
Coordinating between company's warehouse's and helping logistics manager in related activities to responding to urgent requires, field support and developing reports of the department
Responsibilities:
- Following up with packing and logistics services regarding to Shipping and delivery of procedures
- Following up with Customs clearance , receiving and distributing
- Communicates with departments regarding Their shipments when needed
- Make sure and follow up with receiving all the shipments that has been sent to the company , by coordinating and communicating with shipping companies and the farms
- Following up with departments complaints about logistics services
- Setting up the bills of shipping
- Archive the bills of shipping
Job Requirements
- The ability to travel
- (ERP) systems knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Microsoft Office applications experience
