  • Excellent telephone communication and customers service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Very good Knowledge of Ms. Office
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Arabic
  • Knowledge of customers services support.
  • Knowledge of Contact center enterprise software, deployments and operations.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • 0 to 1 year experience in call center.
  • Males are preferred to cover night shifts.
  • Excellent English speaker.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
