Job Description
Main Duties:
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
- Organizing and scheduling appointments with CEO
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Follow up with client
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external issues
- Foster and manage positive customer relationships
Job Requirements
- Experience in the same field is a plus
- Excellent spoken English, Reading and writing.
- Experience in digital marketing/advertising
- Experience crafting spreadsheets and other data collection/presentation methods
- Stellar written and oral communication skills
- Lives in el-sheikh Zayed city or nearby.
