Job Description
- Create the new customer ‘s application on system after collecting all needed Data from sales.
- Contribute to the company’s sales (by covering all inquiries such as Customer’s Data – prices-Discounts and Customer Sales amount) .
- Create Quotations and offers to customers
- Prices Issues (Adding New Proposals and Special prices on the system )
- Answer all customer ‘s inquiries such as (our prices-alternative Product -information about our products and send them our letters ) .
- Collect sales reports and update data as per the country manager request.
- Assist sales force in all admin related issues.
Job Requirements
- University degree
- Good communication at all levels of the customers organization.
- 3+ years with Customer service & customer satisfaction experience.
- Functional knowledge in business finance and advanced excel.
