Job Description
- Handling Import/ Export shipments with freight forwarders and shipping lines and local transportation with tracking contractors.
- Maintains accurate records for all shipments/orders and prepares all required reports.
- To inform and coordinate with the Accounting Department in handling payment issues, ensuring payment on time to avoid delays and further costs.
- To file properly all Import and Export documentation and customs follow up.
- To escalate on Import and Export issues to Management.
- Assure compliance of the export & import material with the Egyptian regulations and the Egyptian standard specifications and international standards if applicable.
- To coordinate with relevant internal customers in planning delivery to overseas customers.
- Ensure giving high Service Standard via timely reply with freight information details/ status upon request for sales team and customers.
Job Requirements
- University degree (Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent).
- 10th of Ramadan city residents and nearby are highly preferably
- Very Good command of English language.
- Computer literate.
- Oracle Knowledge is highly preferably
- High interpersonal negotiation and planning skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and a flexible approach are important.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good analytical and organizing skills.
