Job Description

  • Studying and developing the internal organization of the company and its influence on the flexibility and implementation of operations.·

  • Develop, with the participation of the people's supervisors, the performance appraisal plan and develop it as necessary·

Job Requirements

  • Holds an appropriate university degree·
  • Has at least five years' experience in various human resources management processes·
  • Has knowledge of management principles such as planning, management of work resources and management reporting·
  • Have knowledge of Egyptian labor law and regulations·
  • Has the skills of communication and tact in the conversation·
  • Proficiency in English speaking and writing proficiency·
