Candidates must be team players with excellent interpersonal skills. They must be capable of carrying out a given task while prioritizing other demands. They must be detail oriented and self-motivated. This position requires the following minimum requirements:
Approximately 2-4 years’ experience in a help desk role.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT Support role.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
Ability to lift 12 Kgs.
Bachelor of Science degree related to Information Technology or IT certifications are required
