About the Job
- Participate in conducting Training Needs Analysis for the whole organization in cooperation with department managers to insure training plan reflects the employee and organization needs.
- Support in developing the annual training plan for the whole organization allocating the needed trainings to the employees.
- Follow up on the implementation of the training courses as per the training master plan, reporting its fulfillment quarterly.
- Update the performance appraisal system database to insure its efficiency in evaluating employee performance.
