About the Job
  • Conduct marketing survey to ensure customer’s satisfaction.
  • Handle and follow up all customer complains
  • Manage the production of all marketing materials including (business cards, billboards, leaflets, posters, flyers, shopping bags, covers)
  • Coordinate all the internal marketing activities and following all the guidelines
  • Prepare the required customer service report to brand managers
  • Negotiate and finalize quotations with Agencies
  • Help in introducing and innovating new marketing ideas
  • Assist in handling Social Media accounts (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Assist in applying marketing plan and promotional activities efficiently (Campaign, Outdoors, Magazine, Newspapers, Events, etc….)
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 1-year experience in marketing preferred in the retail industry
  • Fluent in English is a Must.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Basic knowledge of photoshop
  • Gender: Any, Preferred Male
  • Age: 22-25
  • Presentable
