Job Description
- Managing Android Application while providing expertise in the full software development life-cycle, from concept and design to application testing to ensure that it meets internal stakeholder & client requirements with products approved timelines and quality standards
- Receive & analyses technical specification and requirement of the mobile application from the product owners and internal stakeholders, includes product description, acceptance criteria document, UI/UX Design, application resources, to execute estimate man-days & ensure that all related product documents are clear for usage of the development in the analysis & development stages
- Develop and convert technical requirements to mobile applications and software components with mobile android technical members, to ensure that product functionality meet client requirements & Mondiamedia quality standards.
- Conduct quality unit test on the beta version for the mobile application, check acceptance criteria, functionality & non functionality requirements to ensure that application passes all test case within mobile and its ready to be received by the quality team to apply mobile application test phase.
- Align with quality members in the mobile team & backend team in the Integration & unit testing phase, check codes in terms of functionality, quality acceptance, bug free to ensure that integration of the mobile application is successful and meet client requirements & Mondiamedia quality standards
- Align with the quality members in the mobile team on publishing all final mobile software components and applications & Mondiamedia technical teams across regional offices to conduct user acceptance test on the product to sign off and ensure meeting delivery dates and client requirements.
- Coordinate with the mobile team on continuous enhancement & improve product performance to ensure efficiency, stability and security of the product as per Mondiamedia quality standards
- Draft and present to management product progress & achievements and ensure delivery are met reaching optimum customer experience & satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of experience
- Bsc in computer science or any relevant
- Strong experience in designing, developing, testing and delivering mobile applications for Android.
- Strong programming skills with Native development environments for Android (Java).
- Experience in Custom UI Experience designing.
- Committed to deliver quality software solutions using Agile software development cycle.
- Experience in streaming applications is a plus.
- Strong experience with OOP, and the software development life cycle.
- Strong experience with Git.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Creative and innovative.
- Excellent analytical skills with a problem solving mentality.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
