About the Job
  • Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
  • Answer or refer customers’ inquiries to authorized personnel.
  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Prepare correspondences and documents
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
  • Organize conference and meeting room bookings
  • Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering if requested
  • Provide general administrative work
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
  • Years of experience: 1-3 years’ experience in related fields (higher experienced candidates are welcomed to apply, the minimum years of valid experience as a receptionist is 1 year)
  • Age: 24 – 28 maximum
  • Updated CV’s with a recent photo is a must. Cv’s without recent photos will be disregarded.
  • Presentable
  • Professional and courteous personality
  • Very good English - Excellent
  • Very good communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other relevant field.
  • Resident of areas of Heliopolis – Nasr City – 1st or 5th settlement… so as to ensure punctuality and less daily commute time.
