About the Job

The mission of Customer Happiness Coordinator

  • To create and maintain an outstanding customer experience that would maximize the happiness of customers on the app and increase the retention rate of these customers


  • Operating the call center based on the guidelines provided by the company.
  • Maintaining a unique and fun experience on the Live Support on the app
  • Achieving an average Customer Happiness rating of 4.5 out of 5
  • Monitoring and evaluating the whole customer experience through the Coordinator’s communications with the customers and reporting any areas of improvement to the relevant team.
  • Increasing the customer retention rate through feedback calls/activities.
  • Increasing the % of offline bookings successfully going through.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (both written and oral)
  • Experience in Customer Support and/or call centers.
