Job Description

  • Independently research client/prospect information, corporate travel market trends, source client key contact information and support in formulating sales strategies, to secure corporate accounts and leisure groups business.
  • To develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for Travco Holidays through direct communication in face to face meetings, presentations, telephone calls and emails
  • To maintain a healthy pipeline to secure new business opportunities and to aim to close successfully, 50% of prospected clients.
  • To ensure local, regional and global RFI's and RFPs are responded to in a professional and timely manner. Bids must be completed with details that cover all Travco Holidays products, services and abilities. Special attention must be given to details, accuracy of information, and appropriate usage of wording.
  • Responsible to achieve Sales and Revenue Targets in order to get direct commission.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • Having an Outstanding record of Travel & Hospitality services sales achievement is a must
  • Having strong connections & active network (Database & clients)
  • Having a strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Very good command of English & Arabic language.
  • Flexible to work outdoor the office up to 70% of daily working hours.
  • Adaptable to new cultures & environments.
  • Self-directed & self-motivated.
  • Task-oriented.
  • Proven success in sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process
  • Confident negotiator and ability to 'close the deal'
  • Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
  • A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities
  • Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
  • Ability to cope with competing demands and to priorities tasks
  • Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A positive attitude to dealing with people
  • Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual
