- Manage the site work (soil investigation,earth work,piling foundation,structure,finishing works)
- Manage the labor
- Other things which are required by PM
Job Requirements
- With 3 residential/commercial project site work experiences.
- Have rich experience in site management and labor management
- Familiar with local construction market and all kinds of subcontractors and supplies
- With International company work experience is preferred
- With Good Professionalism and character with good command of English
