About the Job
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Talking staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face, over the phone or
    remotely, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing, and solving hardware
    or software faults.
  • Replacing parts as required.
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
  • Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
  • Working continuously on a task until completion.
  • Testing and evaluating new technology.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar field.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of English.
