Job Description

Main responsibilities

  • Structure creation & maintenance . including Jobs mission
  • Organization related change MGT projects
  • Organization values MGT and maintenance
  • Good documentation of his work

Detailed responsibilities

  • Directs the needs assessment for development to enhance the effectiveness of departments performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
  • Identifies/incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
  • Provides a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding structure, culture, policies and procedures.
  • Facilitates communication among departments and management. May guide managers and employees on problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and litigation avoidance.
  • Provides expertise in strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
  • Consults with management on performance, organizational, leadership, and change matters.
  • Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: from 2 - 5 years in OD and HR Initiatives
  • Planning ( PMP certificate or knowledge is favorable)
  • Leadership ( the ability to impact others as a role model for core values )
  • Communication & Relationship Management.
  • Critical Evaluation
  • Role model for Madina Culture
  • Business Documentation.
  • Decisiveness
