Job Description
- Oversee Raw Material Stock levels.
- Raise Purchase Orders, agree prices and send to Supplier.
- Oversee Stock Control, Warehouse, Vault and Inventory Audit teams.
- Oversee Dispatch Process from Factory.
- Sets schedule for project or development and flow of requisite materials.
- Prepare Production Schedules – according to Priorities set .
- Issue work Orders Paperwork.
- Prepare export shipping documents (packing list).
- Offers employee training and development.
- Performs surveys and field studies.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Planing Manager more than 5 years at least.
- Excellent communication and team leading skills
- Experience in Ready Made Garments Factory is a must.
- High communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of spreadsheet software and MS Office suite Word Processing software.
- Age not more than 38 yeas old.
- Resident in October city and its suburbs.
