Job Description

  • Meet monthly spare parts sales, visits and contracts targets.
  • Implement promotion programs to increase the sales and meet customer requirements.
  • Handle products complains or returns and insure customer satisfaction
  • Analyze monthly reports on sales and expenses to ensure that productivity and profitability objectives are met.

Working Conditions:

  • Fixed morning rotation

  • Location : Obour city, Opposite to MCV.

Job Requirements

  • University bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Has 3 -4 years’ experience at least in Customer Service field (preferably in one of the leading trading automotive companies).
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Product and spare parts knowledge.
  • Possess excellent computer skills and acquaintance with ERP systems.
  • Possess high reporting skills.
  • Very good oral and written English and Arabic is a must.
  • Ability to work under pressure
