Job Description
- Meet monthly spare parts sales, visits and contracts targets.
- Implement promotion programs to increase the sales and meet customer requirements.
- Handle products complains or returns and insure customer satisfaction
- Analyze monthly reports on sales and expenses to ensure that productivity and profitability objectives are met.

Job Requirements
- University bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Has 3 -4 years’ experience at least in Customer Service field (preferably in one of the leading trading automotive companies).
- In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Product and spare parts knowledge.
- Possess excellent computer skills and acquaintance with ERP systems.
- Possess high reporting skills.
- Very good oral and written English and Arabic is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure
