Job Description
- Develop procedures to coordinate Purchasing dept with other departments, such as sales, marketing and finance.
- Management of activities associated with curtain stock.
- Negotiate with suppliers / agents suppliers for the best price at the highest specifications
- Monitor the performance of suppliers to assess the ability to meet quality requirements.
- Coordinate with the financial management to spend the value of procurement contracts at times agreed upon with the suppliers.
- Follow-up balances of the store weekly in coordination with the storekeeper and inventory controller to determine the quantities required according to the regulations of minimum and maximum storage of goods.
- Coordination with warehouses to receive the goods received in accordance with agreed quantities and specifications and ensure delivery of shipments in the specified date of the store
- Carry out monthly and weekly sales reports to know more and less sales items and quantity
Job Requirements
- High Bachelor Degree
- Experience of at least 5 years in the field of Purchasing Mobile & electronic product
- Proficiency in English
- Skills : Leadership and management / Planning and organization / good negotiation
