Job Description
- Controlling the Daily Follow-up Sheet of Planners to ensure Effective Process Matching.
- Checking the availability of Finished Goods stock to be compared versus Sales Requirements.
- Following up Outside Manufacturing flow to ensure Plan Achievement.
- Overseeing the release of new Products after MOH Approval consistency.
- Validating the requested Planning report to be Time - Based.
- Pursuing the Local-International purchased materials affecting Weekly Plan to have a regular plan.
- Prioritizing and Updating the weekly plan with planning manager for more matching business needs.
- Reporting with the maximum no. of boxes which can be finished product.
- Checking pending purchase orders and delay reasons.
- Conducting the MOH visits (food supplement & pharmaceutical) & Pre-Visit arrangements.
- Following up pending sales plan to match required targets.
- Over-viewing the Monthly Production Plan for follow-up procedures.
- Auditing the pending sales orders to finalize it.
- Implanting the New Product(s) into following up plan with its MOH analysis to make it on-board.
- Analyzing the Quality Control Processes to identify the matched procedures.
- Ensuring the matched Annual Plan of production on time basis.
- Evaluating the Annual Plan of importing the Raw materials on time basis.
- Calibrating the annual performance of Planning Manager, RM Manager, FG Manager & Purchasing Manager.
- Attending the Raw Materials International Conferences when needed in order to have the international exposure of market.
- Reporting on Daily,Weekly,Monthly and Annual basis for top management overview.
