Job Description
Sales Plan Fulfillment (quantities and Dates); keeping a smooth production capacity as possible.
- Monthly Plan Development.
- Monthly Capacity Studies development for all departments and related resources, make sure that plan is applicable from a Capacity point of view.
- Communicate with production department regarding capacity studies and resources needs to realize the plan.
- Study annual Budget and report the requirements to realize it, contribute with suggestions to increase production capacity ref. to budget.
- Coordinate between Sales and marketing from one side, production and supply chain from the other side.
- Coordinate with Material planning Specialist to ensure material availability for plan realization and availability of its requirements on time.
- Coordinate with follow up section head to make sure the smooth running of plan execution and amend the plan according to his input for the availability of parts and lock parts completion percentages taking in consideration sales priorities and production lines balance.
- Amend JO on Oracle system and follow up its execution and closing as it should be.
- Coordinate with logistics department regarding the dispatch of export FG and its dates and availability.
- Participate, guide and support all section employees to contribute to performing the quality, environmental and occupational health& safety systems effectively.
* Support the role of the section to highlight its leadership on its responsibility areas for quality, environmental and occupational health& safety systems.
Job Requirements
- Education: Faculty of Engineering.
- Experience: 3 Years minimum experience in planning in an industrial environment.
- Planning Knowledge.
- Excel Knowledge.
- The English language preferred.
