About the Job
  • Assists Training manager in dealing and coordinating with instructors and trainers
  • Create a training schedule that includes all areas of practice.
  • Organize training sessions with instructors.
  • Coordination and review of scientific materials
  • Coordinate training supplies and materials to enhance instruction program
  • Coordinate online & face-face training sessions and recording & activities.
  • Coordinate events every month
  • Handling all the related details of the events (booking – data show - logistics – flairs )
  • Coordinating the financial part of the halls and their reservations. And coordination of the financial part of the lecturers.
  • Will organize seminars or conferences inside and outside Cairo, Coordination of all related to the conferences.

Job Requirements
  • Males ONLY
  • 2+ years’ experience at least.
  • Must be MS Office proficient: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, outlook.
  • Organized and work efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent written Arabic language skills
  • Strong attention to detail
