The Senior Pre-sales Engineer coordinates technical pre-sales activities.

He/she transfers industry, technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills. Assists in all levels of technical account planning and accompanies sales account managers on visits to customers.
Assists in the development of formal sales proposal and present and differentiate product offerings at a technical level from the competition.
The Senior Pre-sales Engineer will also actively participate in internal specialist teams and provide consultative support in specialist areas to other Pre-sales persons.

Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT /Computer Science / Engineering / or another related technical discipline.
5 years experience in same or related IPTV/OTT technology field.
LAN and internet networking experience
Knowledge of video streaming, IPTV or content Delivery technologies and DRM.
Knowledge of media streaming (Multicast, Unicast addressing) of IPTV/OTT Platforms.
Proven ability to diagnose and localize issues using logical analysis techniques.
Ability to understand the commercial environment whilst focusing on technical issues
Business fluent in English is mandatory
Strong experience within the telecommunications industry is a must have
Ability to discuss and demonstrate business benefits and value to a customer of a technical solution.
Ability to translate technical and business requirements into cost-efficient solutions
A team player with the ability to adopt a leadership role where necessary
