Job Description
- Oversee, coordinate and manage day-to-day activities of project team or multiple projects teams
- Appropriate project closure and sign-off in a timely manner with highest customer satisfaction
- Monitoring project(s) closely to assess projects’ health in terms of quality, milestones, and deadlines
- Monitor, track and assess project’s progress and handle/report any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants/stakeholders
- Update projects’ documents regularly
- Report and escalate to management as needed
Job Requirements
- 1-2 Years of experience as a project coordinator
- Customer focus, Presentable
- Very good written, reading and speaking English
- Software background is a plus
- Ability to enforce internal processes
